Rose Mina Munjee is a registered psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, therapeutic yoga teacher, writer, consultant, lifelong learner, lover of nature, avid reader, and social justice activist. She is a BIPOC woman, born in South Africa during Apartheid, who calls Canada home. She is exploring mindfulness and compassion as resources for building resiliency, empowerment, and positive social and structural change.
