Since there’s no single universal antidote to stress relief, Dr. Goleman’s guided session offers several exercises to suit a variety of personal preferences. Though the guided relaxation program is especially beneficial to those with stressful jobs or lives, the techniques are also useful for everyday stressful situations or life transitions.
