iBme and uBu teaches mindfulness to teens

teens talk about how iBme's retreats have helped them cope with stress and learn about self-compassion.

Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of teens, parents, and professionals. Through mindfulness retreats and outreach programs, the organization helps participants cultivate awareness, compassion, and kindness for themselves, others, and the environment.

The iBme retreat model allows participants to dive deeper into these practices in a safe, residential environment. Participants gain a level of insight into their own experience and heartfelt connection with peers that may be only possible in this supportive setting.

iBme is holding a fundraiser—Commit to Sit—in order to offer as many teen retreat scholarships as possible. Their goal is to raise $25,000. As of the time of this posting, they have raised $14,516. Please make a donation if you can.
